Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order then we are happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned unworn and in their original packaging with any tags attached. Bespoke or personalised products are sadly Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable. For refunds/exchanges you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and return the products (to the address below) within 28 days unless otherwise stated. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us. For Customers Overseas, please make sure it is clearly stated on the parcel that the goods are being returned to the manufacturer for a refund/exchange.

Exchanges

We always aim to process exchanges as quickly as possible and hopefully within 5 working days if the item is in stock. We do regret that we are unable to offer free returns; however replacement items will be sent to Mainland UK addresses, free of Delivery Charge.

If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method. If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.

Refunds

Any accepted refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and will be processed within 10 days. We will email you on the day the refund is processed. Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

If you have received something that isn’t up to the high standard that you would expect, then please email admin@finlows.com where we hope to remedy the problem. Similarly if you think you have received the wrong item or an incomplete order then please contact us using the same details.

Cancellation of an order

You may cancel your order placed up to the point of dispatch. Upon cancellation, all payments will be fully refunded within 3 working days.
